  Twin have been there every step of the way for us throughout our full renovation spanning a few months. I think we have had them onsite about 5 times now, and they have been very accommodating coming back to work on the next stage within the time frame needed so we can move forward. It's been wonderful that they have been able to send Steve each time, the same electrician as the first consultation, ensuring continuity and saving us the hassle of re explaining what we needed to a new person at every visit. Steve was happy to do everything that we requested and even change some things like power points etc after the fact with no issues. He also had great ideas and worked with us to achieve our desired result. The booking process through the lovely Lisa was always a pleasure and we were always made to feel like a priority. We also used Twin's plumbing service for our roofing and kitchen and we are very happy with their work also. All in all we had a wonderful experience with this company and won't hesitate to call on them again in the future. Cheers guys :)
